Fig Tree (Improved Celeste)

Improved Celeste is one of the workhorses of the fig world. This variety is known as “improved” because it has less fruit drop, a longer harvest, and is more hardy. The figs have an especially sugar sweet, caramel taste. The figs are small-to-medium sized and light-violet-to-violet-brown fruit with reddish-amber flesh.
