Restoring Eden LLC (“Restoring Eden,” “we,” “us”) operates restoringeden.co and a retail nursery in SeaTac, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details when you make a purchase, create an account, join our email list, or ask us to notify you about a plant.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working and to understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

SMS and text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Restoring Eden LLC, we use it only to send you messages about your order, delivery, pickup, or a product you asked to be notified about.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile numbers or SMS consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with affiliates or partners. We share your number only with the messaging provider that transmits these messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
