Kumquat (Meiwa)

Meiwa is a natural hybrid between the oval and round kumquats. The fruit is oblong to round in form and slightly larger in size than Nagami. It boasts a very thick and sweet rind- sweeter flavor than other Kumquats. It also has a low seed content with many fruits being seedless. Meiwa is the preferred variety for fresh eating!
