Fig Tree (Hollier)

Description

The Hollier is another release from the Louisiana State University.  It produces beautiful medium-to-large, light-green-to-light-tan fruit with a yellow-pink center and a rich, sweet taste. Hollier fig is a very dependable fruitier, rarely skipping a season. Cold weather resistant, hardy to 0-5°. At maturity it reaches a height of 12 to 15 feet. It is self-fertile and likes partial to full sun.
