Description
Brooklyn White fig trees are a hardy variety originally found in the Brooklyn area of New York City. The variety was planted by European immigrants. Brooklyn White is a reliable fig to grow in cold climates. The trees are quite vigorous and ripen a good breba crop followed by a large, mid-season main crop. The figs are a bright yellow with a light-red flesh with the taste of strawberry-honey jam.
