Description
The White Genoa fig is a favorite in cool coastal areas. It can be grown be grown in many climates but not recommended for hot or humid climates where its large eye may cause it to spoil. Greenish-yellow skin, amber flesh with a distinctive high quality flavor. It has been trialed in the Seattle area but due to its small breba crop and our lack of sun hours it may be best for the collector or greenhouse grower here. Self-fruitful. USDA Zones 7-9.
