Dr. Gowaty is a fig variety originally brought over from Israel. It produces a large, green fig with an amber and sometimes pinkish interior. The flavor is sweet like honey with a melon-berry flavor. It is cold hardy, productive and FMV resistant.Dr. Gowaty produces a breba crop and a very early main crop.
