Aaron’s Violet Dauphine is from Aaron Baltay (Los Angeles Fig Forest). This particular one is a French strain and is very prolific and vigorous growing. It is delicious with a high sugar content and touch of ripe berry flavor with a very complex bouquet of aroma. High grade for consumption and culinary purposes.
