Description
The Pandan leaf plant, or Pandanus amaryllifolius, is a tropical plant with long, blade-like leaves. It has a low-growing and clumping habit. Pandan leaves are highly aromatic, with a unique flavor reminiscent of vanilla and nuts. They are widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine to add fragrance and flavor to various dishes, including rice, desserts, beverages, and curries. Plants are hardy in zones 9-11.
