Karatum Tea (Green & Black Tea Tree)

Camellia Sinensis or Karatum Tea plant, is from the same region as the Sochi green tea plant in Russia. Tea from this plant is aromatic and flavorful. The plant itself produces slightly smaller and narrower leaves, preferred for green and black tea brewing. This plant has an upright disposition allowing for easier harvesting than other tea plants. The flowers are also fragrant making it great as an ornamental, hedging or just in a large pot. Hardy to zone 7 and like full to half day sun.
