Grapefruit (Chandler Pummelo)

Description

The Chandler pummelo tree produces large, sweet, and mildly tart fruits. Known for its glossy, dark green leaves and fragrant white flowers, the tree bears round to slightly pear-shaped fruits with a thick, green or yellowish rind. Chandler pummelos are valued for their culinary use in salads and desserts, and they are rich in vitamin C and other nutrients. Seedless unless pollinated by other viable citrus pollen. Chandler pummelo is a hybrid of Siamese Pink pummelo and Siamese Sweet pummelo.
