Ginkgo (Female Dajingwo)

Ginkgo is a hardy, pest-resistant, and attractive tree. It has unusual fan-shaped leaves that turn vivid yellow in fall. Ginkgo is a large tree requiring 6 hours of full sun a day and can grow 50′ to 80′. It prefers moist, well-drained soil. The female Ginkgo tree is identified by its orangey globular fruits growing in dangling clusters. Each round fruit contains a single large seed.
